If I recall correctly, they used to be 4-A for the reasons stated in the Yoda vs King Mickey Death Battle. Why is that no longer the case?

I only remember 4-B, but they used to be 4-B, then they were High 4-C, and then they're Tier 5 now. It has to do with Genie's downgrades iirc.

Maybe I'm mistaken, and it was in fact 4-B. But then what are the genie's downgrades? The stellar Kingdom Hearts feats that I know of have nothing to do with him anyway. They're related to Zeus for the most part.

DIfferent standards, and Genie was never used for scaling for KH as far I remember as we don't relate the feats between each incarnation of the Disney cast to the KH ones.
The cast got downgraded from tier 4 to 5 here
