Once again. That isn't 3-B. Sustaining all matter in a galaxy is not sufficient to get the energy rating of 3-C. A galaxy-destroying explosion is a lot more powerful than sustaining the matter of a galaxy. Unless they sustain the space between (achievable really only through a pocket dimension) it isn't enough.
Edit: I know the citation. I play tons of Aurelion. The methodlogy behind this just isn't 3-B.
