Can Disembodied Thought defeat Goku and Beerus in his 11-B state?

He can possess them and make them 11-B, or possess parts of them and make them 11-B, or BFR them to the stupidly mind haxxed Golden Gate, or possess them and turn them into plants, or wind, or a fish, or possess their individual cells and turn all of them into antelopes, or turn all the oxygen molecules in their lungs into rocks, or make their stomach grow to infinite size inside their body or their heart shrink to microscopic size, i could go on and on about how the DT could casually stomp them.

I'm playing devil's advocate here by mentioning a character from the Arrowverse (CW), which I'm not sure if it's banned against DB, but would Devoe (in Becky's Body) be able to take this via luck manipulation? Or is the AP gap way too big for him/her to overcome with luck?
