Hmm, interesting. I'd honestly say it could go either way, but the Batter may have an advantage, due to Alpha, Omega and Epsilon. Although, apparently she is superior to anyone in Gensokyo and we probably haven't seen her fullest extent... Well, even with her 4-B stats, from what we've seen, I'd still go with Batter, but it's highly likely that her ability can surpass him, due to word of ZUN.
