Ethan can boost his own stats on top of activating 50% Nightmarization allowing him to attack Issei's existence and ignore all his dura and armour.

Well, Ise has Penetrate, which also allows him to directly attack the target while bypassing all kinds of defence.

Ethan could probably dodge a few of Issei's attacks with his supernatural luck. Also, he can use Issei's abilities with Lucky Three.

So Issei can immediately Boost over 40 times in like a second, with each Boost doubling the power of the last so his ap, durability, and speed will go x2, x4, x8, x16, etc, then he will mainly use CQC with some energy beams thrown in, but mostly CQC.

Yeah but the speed advantage with all the Boosts would be so insane I doubt Luck would be enough to prevent Issei landing a blow as his AP would also be so high that even a grazign blow would kill.

I think your quitte underestimating his luck, hclw can also summon multiple coins that can boost al his stats he can also use dark coin or hidden gate

Depends, what does the bet entail? And will HLW even get time to speak in between the Boosts and attacks?

Hclw can sense how strong someone is with "maximum Survival Instinct", if his opponent is stronger than himself hclw (almost) always trys to make a beth with them.
And let me remind you hclw is really persuasive.

• Betting: Hardcore Leveling Warrior makes a bet with his opponent. In some cases, such as legal pvp, a god can be summoned to oversee the bet. Conditions and rewards are determined by the players. Winner takes the reward, the loser takes the consequences. Due to Hardcore Leveling Warrior's Gambler class, he can even take the opponent's stats and unique items and skills, even those not normally teachable, as a reward. It is noted that this skill is not bound by the rules of the game, allowing it to override all other abilities, such as allowing a sealed spirit to break free of the seal placed on him simply by making that his prize if he won the game. The bet can also be used to verify if others are lying by making the condition of their loss if they lie.
  • The Ruler (The Mediator): The Ruler is summoned with Hardcore Leveling Warrior's personal attribute. The ruler is able to fly. It watches the rules to be obeyed and ensures the conditions of the bet are fulfilled. If a player attempts to break the rules, the Ruler breaks the cheater's wrists with a giant hammer, and nullifies any ability that would break the rules, allowing it to nullify the Spirit of the Mirror's Mind Mirror ability. The Ruler is also able to verify and detect when the conditions of a bargain have been completed, so it cannot be tricked.

(cause he can sense that issei is stronger then him)
They can play a card game "for example" and the loser gives his stat ampleviang skill .

Anyway, if issei agrees to place a bet with hclw then my vote can go to hclw, otherwise issei wins the battle.
