So
Lord Enma:
+Slighty higher AP and Durability
+Lifting Strength (Which won't really help)
Not sure about:
+Intelligence (WoL isn't rated while Lord Enma is)
+Range (All WoL's profile says is "much higher with magic")
+Stamina (Extremely High vs Very High)
Now WoL resists Enma's fire manip but Enma has BFR and Statistics Reduction which WoL doesn't resist. Plus regen somewhat helps Enma. Though Enma doesn't resist soul haxs and powernull

AP doesn't matter due to the difference being so small and as you stated Lifting Strength is irrelevant. WoL is beyond Enma's Gifted intel. of magic and Yo-Kai via being vastly above some average mages and such which have been consistently shown in the FF series to have incredibly hard and focused study on magic and basic enemies. WoL is also > Garland in Mortal Kombat (intentional) who's defeated Cornelia's army with his pure skill. Definitely going to assume WoL will outskill considering he's also shown incredible adaptive skill in Dissidia and always quickly adapted to other-worldy creatures and abilities which were rather new to him.
Range could go to WoL since he's far, far higher with all of his magic while Enma varies from extended melee to several meters with his attacks, whereas WoL can just use pretty much all spells at the same distance. Extremely typically > very regardless, and Cure can help with any stamina problems.
BFR is via portal creation, WoL can easily avoid those and cast Invisira to make Enma's capability of getting him in one harder. Enma also lacks a resistance to Power Null and I Regenerationn is not doing much to Death Manipulation. Enma could probably muster a victory if he abused a fuckton of portals and flew around hastily, and his limited Invulnerability and slightly higher AP advantage could let him do good damage to WoL, however the skill advantage, likely the stamina advantage, and the capability to avoid the portals and ignore regen likely gives the W to the Warrior of Light in my eyes.

Alright, assuming WoL doesn't have Optional Equipment, I'm voting for WoL.
He seems to have the better powers of the two, he seems to have better skill, and he only has a slight disadvantage in AP and Durability.
Hell, he could one shot Enma with his soul based attacks
