Yeah but the AP gap is too big for Tsuna to do anything to Escanor even before turning into the One. This looks like a mismatch.

Well speed and precog don't matter when the AP gap is that huge, and afaik petrification has only been demonstrated by the animals and not any users like Tsuna.

Yeah, mostly because it's a stomp either way. In character, this version of Tsuna doesn't go for petrification. But if he did, it would be a stomp due to the speed difference. If he doesn't, then it's an AP stomp.
