Most likely Vertigo. She (yes, it's a she) has abilities like mind hax, reality warp, type 4 immortality, and other junk that says she can ignore durablity taht should allow her the win here.

Inclined to go with Vertigo based on her general versatility and Type 4 immortality, which is going to force Aizen to work on BFR (which is very, very hard to do with her) or knocking her out while attempting to defeat her, leaving Vertigo more room for her deadlier techniques.

Hmm. Well looks like it kind of got even harder for Aizen to fight Vertigo now that she got upgraded. Don't even think he can try to BFR her if he could at this point.
