Both have mid godly Regenerationn, but Vecna also has a ton of abilities thor doesen't have like conceptual manipulation and probability manipulation. I vote Vecna.

I can probs understand that since at 2-C Levels SMT doesn't quite have the "I punch you out of existence and non-existence" deal so alrighty.

Also winner here probs gets the strongest 2-C spot.

Thor:

Vecna: 1 (ZacharyGrossman273)

Dude, I already told you more than a few times: SMT demons are supposed to have High-Goldy regen, Thor included.

Also, since Vecna comes from a game, her probability manipulation is most likely something like "30% more chance of dealing extra damage to the opponent" or something like that. Something SMT demons are no strangers to.

Not a video game and no that's not what his probability manipulation is. He can literally make all actions have a 0% chance of success or a 100% chance of success.

Yes. Although Vecna would be unable to bypass high godly Regenerationn, it's not on his profile yet. If he does get it he would win, but as of currently he doesen't have it.

Judging by the fact that the strongest being in DnD is 6D, and Thorìs High-Goldy is reliant on a 10D being, she cannot.

Alice is probs going to stronger than Thor once I get to update her page, though

He can take away supernatural abilities and force people to only have physical abilities
That wouldn't be too much of a probelm.

Besides, if Thor has resisance to MUTE in the game (which I'm not sure if he has, or if he can gain it without transferring the skill), he would be able to deal with it.

Firstly, D&D deities are not made of matter but are living ideas and faiths

The Abyss is impossibly ancient by mortal reckoning, born in an Age before Ages when the aftershocks of creation still thrummed throughout the cosmos. Powerful primordials of manifest entropy ruled this epoch, forming whole worlds from raw elemental matter and then destroying them. Another race of beings dwelled in the remoter reaches of the cosmos-immortal deities born of faith and ideas rather than elements and matter. The primordials and the gods had not yet made contact in this long ago era before the Dawn War. The birth of the Abyss
changed this. as it changed so many things ....

Also living concepts

Like other creatures of the Outer Planes, devils are abstractions given a semblance of fleshly existence. Though they might appear to be biological creatures composed of flesh, bones, blood, and viscera, they are in fact magical expressions of particular universal concepts. Internally, some devils bear basic similarities to humanoid anatomy, but others are completely bizarre. Because of their unusual physiology, devils can blithely ignore most of the biological needs that drive the humanoids and animals of the Material Plane.

I don't think that Vecna has anything to take down Thor (or at the very least, not permanently), though I don't know him enough to vote.
