Ok, seems like I overestimated Chakax. So, on recommendation, the oversized frog will take on Flynn.

Why Chakax, again? He isn't a 1-A smurf beyond having a soul that far away.

That's a SMT Human. He IS a 1-A smurf.

And one above Warhammer's 1-A at that. Throw him at someone who is one of the more egregious smurfs, like Kroak, if you really wanna use a Lizardman

Alright, so, Kroak can BFR to win, so what does Flynn do?

Flynn starts out by summoning his Demons and, at this range, will likely start casting spells, which attack the Mind, Soul, Information, and Concept (Type 1) on the 1-A level. His Demons can do the same, in addition to supporting him with buffs and healing spells. His Reactive Evolution and Accelerated Development will begin to activate, which will eventually raise his tier to the point where can at least contend with Kroak physically.
