God from Preacherverse is universal only when sitting on his throne so Saint Of Killers killing him is not much of a feat.Bullets form SOK's colt have also never killed anyone on D's level D can cut his bullets into pieces in midair or absorb them in his left hand.If God or SOK is on the throne then D can use the Akaskic Records which allows him to alter reality at any point of time on a Multi-Universal scale so I think D should win this battle.
