Vaati vs Cell

Eh, it may be a good match, it may not.

This is Anniversary!Vaati and Super Perfect Cell (duh). Speed's equalized.

Vaati's 4-B feat is an outlier but he also has a 4-A feat. Because I like consistency.

Their ranges are quite similar, and Vaati mainly prefers to fight from long range, so they're quite equal on that.

Vaati's more haxxed, but he doesn't generally use his hax in combat, except for the summoning, but he has only shown to summon 6-B iirc so that's useless.

Their APs and dura are basically identical (both have/scale to the same feat).

I'll wait for further input as I know nothing on DB.

Their AP is Equal but does Vaati have an in character way to beat his regen?

If Vaati finds someone too much of a threat, he turns them into stone and drains their life force until death like he did to Zelda.

However, that's a tactic Picori Vaati employed in Minish Cap. I don't know if this form of Vaati would do the same thing.

Same AP, arguably superior skill and great regen Vaati might not bypass.
