I pointed this out to Kramer, the creator of the page, and he agrees that this does have the potential to boost the Look-See to 9-B. (Or, at least, give him a "Possibly 9-B" on top of his current 9-C.)

This video shows the aftermath of one of the Look-See's attacks, where the victim was split in half from the head down. Now, as we don't see it happening on screen, we can't say how long it took the Look-See to do this. But, considering the length of time he takes to perform the majority of his kills, such as this, it can be assumed that he didn't take very long to do this. And both Kramer and I agree that this feat should be around 9-B if the Look-See took the amount time he normally does.
