Upgrade or Downgrade?

These are quick questions regarding the Infinity Stones as well as the Infinity Gauntlet.

Q1. So every character that has used the Power Stone is being listed as 5-A, but I personally think that the Power Stone has no real AP. It goes from knocking out normal humans to completely wiping out all life on an entire planet, the way I see it, as long as it has a physical form, it can damage its surface area, so I feel like the Power Stone's AP should change to Unknown due to it being able to bypass the durability of anyone or any object. I also feel like the only reason Iron Man was able to block it temporarily was due to his suit's insane repair/Regenerationn speed.

Q2. If it doesn't get accepted and the characters who've used the Power Stone are still 5-A, would this not be applied to Hulk and Iron Man since they both used the complete Infinity Gauntlet?

In the first Guardians movie, Gamora says that "the bigger the target, the bigger the power surge", something like that. Explains why it can destroy planets, but fail to kill people who are nowhere near planet level.

Exactly why I think that the Power Stone has no fixed AP, the bigger the target, the bigger power and vice versa, it is exactly why I think it should be Unknown or even Varies.
