This OC is able to see things on such a objective and small level that they peer into the opponent's "Inner World" that they didn't even know they had. The OC would know all the moves the opponents has (and their effects), their fighting style, their weak points and even Precognition by analyzing the opponent before a strike (Or exchange of strikes or attacks).

In it's first form 3-d beings can still harm them physically (they couldn't elsewere: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Zero-Dimensionality) due to the existence of a voodoo doll-ish passive creature on the planet of lodovodolo, that curiously rotates in a sphere (with eE44 pc of diameter) on which is even the earth. By throwing that voodoo doll into the litter box you'll cause Donald Steel to change form in to its post-litter box form, that's got a new 3-d form and a moon class striking strength normally but it will augment up to multi-galaxy level eventually. It's also capable now of enter and exit from the 2 forms freely, but the voodoo doll-ish being will be summoned right were it was. THE OPPOSITE DON'T HAPPEN.

Basically this allows matter, space time, an soul manipulation with limitations, as well as regen negation (low-godly) under pretty specific conditions.

I'm not sure if I can do this as well (if not then just go with the first), but it's something that goes hand in hand with the other power.

Rainbow Gluttony: After eating something, Donald can copy any of its abilities that can be associated with one of the colors of the rainbow to a "move pool". When Donald transforms to post litter box it can choose one ability of each color to"set". For example if Donald ate Goku, it could set super Saiyan to yellow, SSB to blue, and KaioKen to red. Your mind control immunity gets mind controlled into not doing anything. It works by a technique called "mind granting" which literally gives the target a mind to be controlled. This includes things like powers and concepts. No, concept immunity does not save you. Neither does being higher dimensional save you.
