Ulquiorra ,Ichigo and the top espada

I did this calc about cero oscuras and the result was 9.1 Megatons which is City level according to our new AP chart.

Conclusion

Ulquiorra (first release) is City level in both AP and Durability

Vizard Ichigo's Durability is City level

Now the important question is wether the other top espada can be powerscaled to that.

Harribel couldn't defeat Toshiro who is nowhere near City level

Barragan doesn't focus on destruction as his attacks ignore durability.His respira should be able to hurt Ichigo so it has said potency.

I'm unsure about Starrk

Yammy got defeated by Kenpachi and Byakuya who are both Town level.

There is also the possibility that the other espada do not posses cero oscuras.Ulquiorra is the only one that used it in battle and he is pretty unique so it wouldn't surprise me if he only possesed this ability.Before everyone goes mad just think about how many times the espada could have used their superstrong cero and didn't even mention it's existance.At least 4 times ,Harribel was trapped inside Toshiro's ice , Starrk was getting beaten by Shunsui ,Starrk getting beaten by the vizards ,Yammy getting beaten by Kenpachi and Byakuya.

Didn't Ulquiorra say that only those rank 4 and up have access to Cero Oscuras?

I think this can be scaled for Starrk since he was specialised in Cero's and the Nr.1 , and it should be fine for barragan, he was the king of hueco mundo and should logically be scaleable

For Harribel I really doubt it considering her shocking match with Hitsugaya.

EDIT: Ulquiorra just says it's the cero the espada can use in their release form, so I don't see why that would mean only Ulquiorra could use it.

Well, the fact is that you made a calc of the "Cero Oscuras" (Ulquiorra said: This is the power of a released Espada, the "black Cero" and referred to it as "our Cero"), Making reference to at least the Top 4 or all the espadas can do it.

Harribel only used a normal cero, Baragga never use it (even a cero) and Starrk...well he only use his own special cero (metralleta) and being said that his ceros are the most powerfull among the espadas or something like that.

The thing is that all of them or at least the Top 4 they have it.

I believe the Top 3 should be rated as City level because (Their Cero Oscuras should be at least as strong as Ulquiorra's R1)
