I really don't find this logic plausible. It is true that Ulquiorra is fourth, but I do not think that 3>4 would be acceptable since Ulquiorra never showed his segunda etapa to Aizen, keeping it a secret which would most likely change the outcome. Do not forget that Ulquiorra never abandoned his Regenerationn powers, which other Espadas abandoned to gain more power, so he has a clear advantage to that as well.

Edit- notice how one of her strongest attack, Cero Oscuras, is comparable to R1 Ulquiorra, but not 2.

Honestly when the top 4 Espada are fighting in base mode you can hardly tell the difference in power. They have to transform in order to gauge how strong they are.

Ulquiorra in base fought bankai Ichigo who has better speed feats than Toshiro at this point in the series.

1. On that time Ulquiorra was the only one who can use 2nd resurrection.

2. Why then he was ranked 4th? Because Aizen doesn't know his 2nd transformation. No matter how much of a genius of a planner Aizen is, he simply cannot plan what he didn't know. And the theory that said Aizen's Bankai can let him see into the future, is just a theory.

3. Ulquiorra is the only Hollow that manages to evolve without consuming even a single Hollow. Since he doesn't have any mouth before he became an Arrancar.

4. Why did Ulquiorra say that The Espada 1# 2# 3# are stronger than him when he fought with Ichigo? Remember, Ulquiorra Throughout his fight with Ichigo always tried to demoralize Ichigo and makes him despair, by showing him his 2nd resurrection even though he haven't showed it to even Aizen him self and all. This is one of his way to make Ichigo loose hope.
