I'd say the Grace wins, since existing beyond regular String Theory Dimesons would most likely kill the Hive Mind, Plus Time Travel and wibbly wobbly timey whimy stuff too

The Hive Mind is 20 dimensional at least, so it exists outside of regular String Theory as well.

1) The normal universe hasn't been consumed by Warp Gods because the Emperor is fighting them.

2) The Grace cannot exist "inside" normal time-space as well. Simply because they are too big for it.
