Not sure about Kid Buu, but Satan is >202 kilofoe.

Kid Buu's best shot is magic and absoption, which he doesn't use in character.

Satan can create a **** ton of clones or increase his AP by 250.000x times, whatever he uses first, plus his law manip could avoid his hax if it works like that, depends on what he uses in character too.

He could bypass his regen if he can copy his magic idk.

Seems like a stomp for Satan tbh. A stompworthy AP advantage, can amp himself further, can negate regen via copying Candy Beam, and Satan's clones could easily fake out any absorption or candy beam Buu tries.
