Hey guys, so im doing another battle since my last battle was over a year ago...and this is a specific battle for the Charizards. So lets start.

RULES:

Win,KO or even death.

UDWM Tsuna with Vongola Gear and Oath Flame

Blaze Dragon King Mode Natsu with DF

Genos at his strongest

Ace at his strongest with Haki

Tsuna is the fastest of the bunch, but Ace is the strongest. Although Natsu is mostly in his element.

I'm not sure if you just mean strongest of all forms, but I might give it to Ace, being the second fastest overall, overpowering Natsu due to sheer speed, making the other two irrevalent (since Ace is small island>cities.)
