TSSDK Regeneration Upgrade (WN & LN)

I just check some profiles, they still have High-Godly that need to be remove.

Nothing need to be changed, this thread can be closed.

This thread was made to upgrade those mid-godly character to high-godly. So nothing gonna change since this CRT is rejected.
Thank you for the explanation. Do any of the explanations within the profile pages need to be updated based on what was said in this thread earlier?

I didn't even know why this CRT existed to begin with. I don't know who is Tensura character that qualified for Mid-Godly according to this wiki, because everyone who can survived Soul destruction in Tensura are Rimuru and Demons who can regenerate from having their information destroyed to begin with.

Melt Slash isn't an ability that targeted cells and soul, it erase literally everything and leave nothing behind. From cells to soul and even Information particles is no exception.

The justification and scan looks good enough for me, and so far everyone who argued here are disagree with regenerating soul equal to High-Godly.

The High-Godly Regeneration was accepted because they can regenerate from body, soul, and information desctuction not with only soul destruction.

Going by the scans posted, the technique destroys everything from cellular lvl to soul/spiritual lvl, but the problem and why I don't see this being High Godly is the fact that there's no mention for it to destroy the information, which apparently is the fundamental thing of the verse. The argument that everything is made out of information so soul destruction should qualify for High Godly is like qualifying normal regen to High Godly because the verse has concepts that cover a human body or something like that. If there's no statement that information is also erased, then IMO this doesn't meet the requirements for something like High Godly. I hope I made myself understood with this explanation.

So in the end I agree with First Witch and the others, that this is more like Mid Godly than High Godly.

Didn't it destroy one of Rimuru's skill before? Or was that something else?
Edit: I thought this was trying to remove Rimuru's high godly, forget my post

yeah but from what i've heard the technique also erased rimuru's skill which is pure information
so i don't really see what the skepticism is all about

Nope, nothing need to change, the Justifications and scans on the profiles are enough. This thread no need to happen.

OP's argument is dumb because he thinks by destroying soul is the same as destroying information particles.

The reason why High-Godly was accepted because Rimuru can regenerate from body, soul, and information destruction.

Regeneration(High-Godly; Can instantly regenerate his physical body; Can regenerate from Spirit Particles attack such as Melt Slash, a sword art fused with Disintegration that completely annihilates everything from cells, souls, and information which make up everything in existence).

The scans are there, just check it.

Thank you. I will close this then.

Milly asked me to briefly reopen this.

Looks like this is what happens if I don’t check my own threads regularly...

So, a couple of things. I had already conceded to Mid-Godly way earlier, like, right after Ant proposed it.
I would be fine with that too, I just believe if they regenerate from their information, it would be High-Godly.

1.) They’re right, no one but Rimuru has regenerated from having their mind, soul, body, and information destroyed. I was under the misconception they all needed to be damaged, but I was very wrong.

2.) The analogy of everyone scaling to High-Godly is very incorrect, but I suppose that’s on me, since I never specified on who it actually scales to. It would scale to Spiritual Lifeforms, those who are already a soul, and like I’ve said soul=information. But, I know now that it’ll have to be destroyed in order for it to reach the recommendation.

3.) Rimuru is the only one who scales to High-Godly, as he is the only one who regenerated from Melt Slash, which destroyed his Skill, which is made of information. Everyone else would scale to Mid-Godly, instead.

Apologies to First Witch, it seemed like nothing but stonewalling and circular arguments while I was gone... Welp, that’s basically it.

  • Some spirituals lifeforms like some demons and primordials can come back from everything; the regeneration are already on their profile. It is not necessarily only Rimuru who did scale.

Isn’t that only Diablo? Because when I made this, I proposed this to all Spiritual Lifeforms.

No, WN did have some statements that some can back over time; LN has such statements in later volumes like 17, among others, for primordials and those demons really close to their color

Overtime, would it be combat applicable?

Also, so, would Spiritual Lifeforms have Mid-Godly, and Primordial Demons High-Godly? Since Diablo actually does have the feats for it.

  • For most Demons and Angels in the WN, no. Seems to be the case for Primodials but I rather get there when we get since most don't have profiles and the evidence is Volume 17.

  • Demons and Angels in the WN got the High-Godly are already. Primordial Demons, I guess High-Godly
Other Spiritual Lifeforms could have Mid-Godly; I guess it could be the case as information is a fundamental aspect of existence and their soul is made of it. A similar case seems accepted where soui=concepts and the regeneration from soul look already accepted to be Mid-Godly as Baal's case.

True Dragons
I feel like Immortality Type 4 is proper, not High-Godly as that they could potentially lose their entire personality and the process is described that they could reborn as a different person or largely different; they would have Mid-Godly from what I and others described.

Alrighty. Okay, then this can be closed.

Tl;dr, Conclusions:

Demons and Angels scale to High-Godly, due to Diablo having existing feats of such, and Primordials having the same.

Spiritual Lifeforms and True Dragons scale to Mid-Godly, regenerating from their information, but not its destruction.

Demons and Angels scale to High-Godly, due to Diablo having existing feats of such, and Primordials having the same.
Demons and Angels have it overtime High-Godly, in the WN; it would probably be like this in the WN Mid-Godly normally, High-Godly overtime, regarding changes. Primordials may scale to Diablo's but they don't profiles. In the LN, there are other Demons who may be may have it but, only those closest to the primordial's color and we don't fully know who.

You told me on my message wall that you would not argue for High-Godly anymore. Otherwise I would not have opened this thread again.

First Witch and others have already convincingly logically rejected that. It is not going to be accepted.

You misread what’s happening here.

High-Godly doesn’t scale to everyone, only to Primordial Demons (who already have it accepted), and Angels.

Mid-Godly goes to everyone else, which is what I agreed on with Elizhaa. High-Godly is still to take a while, since the evidence comes from an untranslated volume.

@First_Witch

I would appreciate if you could come back here and give some input regarding that please.

the one that was rejected was the High-Godly to the others, but it still remains to the primordials, angels and rimuru

So, from what I'm getting at here, the mid-godly goes for the characters who regenerated from getting their soul and body destroyed?

And High-Godly goes to the characters who specifically got their information destroyed?

Considering the basis for Diablo having High-Godly on his profile is this scan, which doesn't even mention information particules being destroyed, I honestly don't even get why he has it to begin with. So I disagree with Diablo having High-Godly unless an statement of him regening from information particules destruction is brought up.

Wait Diablo has High Godly? The current info doesn't support that, we just have some vague statement about him being a demon who doesn't die if he is destroyed, what that destruction entails isn't explained.

The way I saw it, the nature of erasure in the verse necessitated the destruction of information as matter and souls (minds are in the souls; souls are largely described to be a lump of information) are made of information hence by logic they would have High-Godlyif they can come back.

That would make any regular regeneration high godly which is wrong. So unless they regenerated from melt slash or there information were stated to be erased it shouldn't be high godly

What do you mean by regular regeneration? Nobody is saying a case like regenerating something like a fully cut hand is High-Godly as it would be like Low-Mid, in such a case.
Regeneration from complete destruction of the verse's relevant fundamental aspect of existence, soul, mind, and body are needed for High-Godly; I think the regeneration page is already clear on this point.

"Rain was extremely shocked. Yet the victor had already been decided. Around
Rain were layers of magic circles formed by glowing mantras. They appeared out
of thin air as Diablo snapped his fingers. Being caught in the magic circle, Rain
didn’t dare to move a muscle. If she were to move, Diablo would trigger the magic.
And the spell was—

“T-this is multi-stage ‘Disintegration’…? B-but that spell is a hard counter to
demons and is extremely dangerous. You could end up dying using it, why would
you use that—!?”

Diablo glared coldly at Rain.
How can you not even know this—He thought to himself as he pitied her with
a cold heart.

“How boring. If your faith in your master is strong enough, you can even con-
trol spirit particles. It’s common sense.”

“Are you out of your mind?! What kind of common sense is that—?!”

“Doesn’t matter. It’s time to send you on your way. I shall let you suffer the
most painful death for foolishly daring to insult my beautiful master, Rimuru-sama.
Reflect well on your crime now.”

Seven beams of light began to shoot out. While one beam of light contained
forces of destruction that defied any attempts to counter it, all seven beams came
from all directions and viciously made their way to Rain—" Vol 11

I don't know if this sufficient or not, in Vol 17 Primordials will resurrect even if they die. In this vol 11 Guy stated Diablo could comeback instantly even if he was killed there. IMO this scan implied that even if they die from Disintegration on, they could still revive, but for Diablo he can do that instantly.

I'm neutral for Primordial, but i'm still think they can revive from disintegration and Melt slash, though it could be just some sort of Immortality instead of regeneration.
