TSB's (Naruto) vs The Miracle and X-Axis (Bleach) - THIS IS A QUESTION

Simply put, can TSB's negate the Miracle and X-Axis abilities to Regenerate?

They negate Edo Tensei Regenerationn because the Regen is apart of the Jutsu, but likewise, Gerard's and Lile's Regen are literally their abilities the same as Edo Regen, so would the TSB ability negation work on X-Axis Regen and Miracle Regen?

Also, considering "X-Axis" isn't technically "Intangibility" as it is literally described as the same as his shots, would the TSB even pass through him in the first place would the X-Axis ability on his body be negated entirely?

It wouldn't make contact with the X-Axis to negate anything. The X-Axis makes things pass through him.

As for Gerard, his regen with The Miracle is based on outside forces, the fear of the masses. So long as his soul is alive and the fear of the masses exist, he will regenerate. The whole turning miracles into reality thing. Plus, it's not really Regenerationn, but recreation as it remakes the body from his soul (where the Miracle is).

TSB need direct contact with the Jutsu (ability by equalization) to negate.
