Trying to kill of Scp 3812 with a kid

3812 has been the unstopable juggernaut of the scp vs threads for a long time. But I think I have one character who could beat 3812. And his name is Maxwell. Maxwell has the power to remake a infinite multiverse by writing in his time-stoping and reality warping book. Even if a character can bypass time freezing, he can still use his flash suit which gives him all the powers of flash. He can even give adjetives to anything, like "dead" makes the selected object dead, even if it doesnt even have a life. To make this more fair for Maxwell, summons and 1 day of prep-time is included. His summons are limited to High 1-B. Who wins?

Speed is equalized

Chicken hat kid = 0

Reality warping dead guy = 3

Inconclusive = 0

3812 literally transcends Maxwell to the same extent that a real life person transcends a fictional being...many times over. Think of a writer vs a character they wrote, who would win? It's not an argument, the author has absolute, complete control over the character and the fictional story they reside in.
