Hmm I love both characters so I can appreciate this thread but I'll vote for Inconclusive since Sakura can negate durability but can't get past his better regen.

I'd say Sakura takes this one through her many ways of getting passed Hendrickson's durability and her Shadow Giants could tank any of his attacks for her.
