This should help you. It's from the calc. Apparently Megatron is 30 feet. Although it's not completely accurate. Optimus should be closer in height but still shorter than Megatron, while ugraded Optimus should be larger than Megatron

While the scale chart shows him at 6M. The cartoon consistently portrays him at much larger, usually around 10 M, so the sunbow chart is kinda BS.

IDW is inconsistent as well, he's canonically 11-12 meters. That is pretty consistent with how he's protrayed mostly, and several fan measurements back this. I've measurements put him at 15 to 20 meters, which is ridiculous for a truck. I think there was a statement of him being 35 meters, which is BS

Never mind, 35 meters came from the MP bio. However according to TFwiki, there was a statement of Optimus being 60 feet.
