Ooh, This is an interesting one. Jet Prime massively scales above baseline. By virtue of scaling above the fallen, who is much stronger than Megatron, who is comparable to Base Optimus, who stomped a baseline. DS Optimus is significantly above 75 tons of TNT. That being said, DS Optimus has quite a large AP advantage over Jet Optimus, but not nearly enough for one-shot

Jet Optimus does have several wincons for this. He could just stay in the air or keep at a distance and repeatedly shoot DS Optimus, as Jet Optimus seems to have superior range, however he can't spam his attacks like DS Optimus. Plus, I'm pretty sure DS Prime could just dodge a lot of his attacks. And in terms of close combat, Movie Optimus seems to have better skill, but the skill gap isn't that big enough to overcome the AP advantage that DS Optimus has.

So while Jet Optimus seems to have a slight advantage in range, skill, flight and regen. I'd say DS Optimus takes this with higher AP and better weaponry.

Just for clarification, when I say Jet Power Prime, I mean the one the gets the parts from his Trailer in DotM. Vote counted anyway though.
