I vote to Asgore. Hazel has Lifting Strength, Striking Strength, Durability, Regenerationn (Low-Mid), Enhanced Senses, Attack Potency adventage. However, Asgore's Soul Manipulation, Speed, Stamina, Range will ensure his victory, since Hazel lacks useful ability to avoid this.

All of Asgores attacks deal soul damage, so therefore they ignore dura somewhat. That being said, what's the AP difference here? Is Hazel strong enough to OHKO Asgore? Keep in mind, Asgore takes more damage from murderous intent.

Basically this depends on if Asgore can kill Hazel before Hazel hits him. Also yes Hazel can one shot considering Asgore is closer to baseline Town level. (They scale to a Small Town level feat and are vastly superior to it)

However Asgore blitz like crazy if Speed is not equalized.

Asgore's attacks would barely do anything to Hazel and they'd do even less with Hazel's pain blocking semblance, Low-Mid regen, and ridiculously fast Aure Regenerationn

The soul attacks in Undertale are physical, and its been discussed multiple times before (Most extensively in Ruby vs Sans) that aura would block them
