So it all begins here


It is a simple line of logic.
Rankers have many resistances to different abilities and ranker or high ranker scouts can ever search through minds.
Cha is surprised to see that the girl (who's a ranker) was affected by that ability and that he is the only one resistant. The other two people were only regulars so it makes sense why they wouldn't resist it but he is specifically surprised to see a ranker instantly controled by the ability.
Cha himself resists it effortlessly.
This means the following

-Rankers and anyone who scales get basic resistance to mind manipulation
-High Rankers and anyone who scales to or above them get 1 layer of resistance since they can resist an ability capable of bypassing other resistances
-The mind hax itself is a 1 layer hax so it can bypass baseline resistance.

I asked @Dereck03 and he told me its 1 layer. Basically it is one layer of bypassing and a resistance to one layer of bypassing.
