Tournament of Blood (9-B Hitmen Brackets) CONTINUED

So this died on the shortly-to-be dead old forum. Let's see if I can inject a little life back into it. Going to disqualify Shredder due to his profile missing vital weapons/abilities that were being debated vs. Root.

Gather round folks, for the tournament to determine the best assassin out of all! Winner gets the pride and honor (and bragging rights) as the hire to outdo all other hires.

Tournament Rules:

• Only characters with weaponry up to 9-B is allowed, stonewalls wouldn't be accepted, a special exception can be made for characters with conventional 9-C piercing weaponry
• All have to be hitmen by trade
• All characters would be judged for fairness, if deemed too powerful for the bracket they'll be disqualified.
• Only one character per participant, and at most 3 characters for a single verse.
• All battles would take place on a Mumbai rooftop at night, providing plenty of cover and hiding spots. Speed would be equalized, and they'll start 20 meters away from each other.
