If Val use projectiles then Touma chance of winning is decreasing because he will avoid Touma's IB. Touma still have his prediction, but i guess a good CQC can handle that easily.

Touma's predictions are meaningless to a guy who fought Hakumen and Terumi multiple times.

Also why is the match in Fun and Game boards if you're arguing like it's a legit vs match?
