Kamijou Touma (Toaru) vs Frieren (Frieren) - (0-2-1)

Kamijou with Imagine Breaker will do effectively against her.
Except he would have a hard time catching her with her flight. Even with his precog Touma would just get his ass ranged spammed by someone he cant approach

So he can't catch her because she can fly. But his precog pretty much countered her long range attacks.

Kamijou's precog is not that potent lmao. He will still get tagged by her projectiles especially when they are homing

Touma will be fine
A shower of water daggers fell in every direction around Birdway. The umbrella-like silhouette was eaten away from the inside as its entire area was transformed into deadly weapons.
She knew.
She knew that Imagine Breaker could negate any supernatural power but that it was limited to his right wrist and down. And so the optimal answer was not a single absolute attack but a huge mass of normal attacks that overwhelmed him.
He could likely negate one or two of them.
He might be able to evade a third and fourth.
But that would be the end of it.
The thousands, tens of thousands, and hundreds of thousands of daggers were packed in so tightly that they did not leave enough space for a human to hide. Everywhere but the
location where that boy held his right hand would be skewered again and again.
Or so it should have been.
However…
“…!!”
A high-pitched noise rang out.
Kamijou Touma had raised his right hand above his head and negated one of the many
approaching daggers with his fingertips.
But it did not end there.
As the water dagger shattered like glass, its fragments scattered in every direction and struck the other surrounding daggers. This slightly altered their trajectory. This caused a chain reaction that created a blank spot that should not have been there.
It was a phenomenon that could only occur when the daggers were packed in so tightly that no space for a human was left.

All of the water daggers struck the asphalt and sent orange sparks flying throughout the entire area. Only the area one meter around Kamijou had avoided damage.
Precognition.
After so many battles with both scientific espers and occult magicians that they were
commonplace for him, Kamijou had obtained that sense that resembled the instinct of
an artisan. When he tried to understand it himself, it only threw off its accuracy.

Accelerator made a simple move.
The black wings behind him both swung downwards.
Except this time his target wasn’t the Level 0 that was running towards him.
It was towards the empty white land in front of him.
The sound of an explosion rang out.
With the massive destructive power, large amounts of earth got swept up, and formed into a fifteen meter high and three hundred meter wide tsunami made of earth. The entire vista got covered by it, and it struck as if to swallow the tiny lad.
He should be dead with that attack.

Even if he was wearing military-use power armor, his body of flesh and blood would be crushed along with the synthetic materials of the body armor.
Even so.
The Level 0 charged right into the soaring earth.
His body got pummeled by massive amounts of rocks, but none were fatal attacks.

The eighth shot overcame the restrictions of the third dimension.
Kamijou felt a static electricity-like spark on his spine and immediately swung his head to the side as hard as he could. An instant later, space suddenly split open and an arrow assaulted the world.

He focused on his trajectory.
The several meter path to Othinus appeared clearly in his head.
…The ninth shot ignored the concept of numbers.
The arrows that fell from above colored the night sky like fireworks and glittered like stars covering the heavens. Every single one of them was fatal, but Kamijou did not freeze up.
No matter how torrentially they rained down, there was always a safe space left to step in.

He was going to reach her.
He glared at Othinus’s face and clenched his right fist tighter than before.

I thought its because he knew Othinus tactics and thoughts? Thats the reason why he lost here:

more accurately Touma learned Othinus' attack pattern after being killed thousands of times by her

The effect of it is.

And I'm pretty sure everything Frieren does is based on magic.

You see feats above, does it only include Othinus? You see his fights with Accelerator and Birdway, it's clear Touma can handle Danmaku. I vote Touma or either inconclusive.

Too bad he wont have that luxury here, Freiren range spams

voting her
This was the first time othinus used the arrows and the ninth arrow is literally an aoe that covers the entire sky and the eight arrow is an attack that comes outside the bounds of 3 dimensions and did you just ignore everything else I mentioned.

I only gave feats of touma dodging aoe and danmaku specifically as well

Yeah, definitely. Othinus only use his Crossbow once and it's the last battle with Touma. So it's nothing as if Touma was experienced the battle before.

You clearly didn't read the entire thread you're using as evidence if you think Kuroko's range was the sole reason she won.

Not only that, you literally ignored the other feats against Danmaku that have nothing to do with Othinus, these two votes for Frieren are absolutely illogical given the arguments that have been used so far, not only that but her profile doesn't even have Danmaku listed and unlike in-verse, speed is equal here so Touma who can deal with MFTL+ Danmaku won't be overloaded by a small amount of projectiles that are slightly faster than him at best.

On another topic, Frieren's profile has her stamina as average and mana capacity as hugh without elaborating on why it's hugh and what are her limits, so she is also lacking the stamina to pressure Touma for long enough until he reaches his limits.

All Touma has to do is block/evade her attacks until she runs out of stamina or he can get a clean hit, because nothing in her profile suggests she could take him out fast enough to avoid this.

That's not my argument? Im talking the limitations of Touma's precog which is discussed on that thread. Which is why Kuruko won.

That thread brought up 2 arguments against Touma's precog, first that he supposedly can't replicate what he did against Othinus's teleporting arrow against Kuroko and second that his precog isn't good for natural CQC stuff.

I disagree with the first one but that's not the point, does Frieren have a way to explore any of these 2 weaknesses? Because your main argument was "Frieren range spams" without even explaining what exactly is she spamming and not addressing Touma's other feats against Danmaku.

Fair enough.

But the moment Freiren realizes Touma negates her stuff, whats stopping her from unexpectedly shifting the directions of her attacks?

btw hi Noir,I haven't been involved with Toaru lately hence my silence on the discussion thread
