@Fire don't all the major warframe characters have type 9 from the Operator which could be as far as a few universes away or something like that? Or am I just misunderstanding stuff?

It's smurf range but its not applicable. Because it just means "if taken this far it will stop operating". So it's not the warframes that have the range, it's the operator. That's why im nominating the warframes for Low 7-C and Low 6-B.

Yeah, 4e gave Vecna tons of 1-A stuff + making some stuff he already had 1-A, so he's the poster boy of smurf. But, since we don't use 4e in the site, he isn't a smurf here, despite very clearly being one in canon.

I will point out that last year it was agreed that 4e powers were not really usable since compared to the other editions 4e's powers, and spells have a lot of outliers.

That is ludicrously unnecessary. The editions are, for the most part, the exact same setting with the exact same monsters and cosmic beings. 4e is only not used because it's really ******* weird, like 1-A mind hax at level 1-levels of weird.
