Top Five Strongest Characters For Every Tier

You can totally compare BFR. One dude sends you to the south pole? Well I send you out of the galaxy and my boss sends you outside of time and space.
I mean, sure, there are many kind of BFR. But I still fails to see how forcing a Ring Out into your opponent you cannot beat through normal means makes you stronger than said opponent.

"Billy, I'm afraid you have not been meeting your quotas and we will have to let you go"

"Okay...I will just get my stuff then and leave"

"That won't be necessary"

There is already a thread about highest attack potency. Go there if you want to discuss raw AP, not here.

If your ability allows you to defeat a good range of enemies reliably and its effectiveness isn't completely situational, then that factors into your overall strength.

"Stronger" isn't just physical strength, it's any means of being more capable of winning matches than another character. BFR can help you win, so it makes a character stronger.

Fair enough.

Meh, nvm then, i don't see sara or misogi pulling a win there, at best an inconc, but im unsure of that too.

His profile says he specifically needs to wish for them, that's not passive.

No it doesn't. It specifically says he is unaware of how it will take effect. It just works. If he doesn't want to die fate and causality will bend to stop it from happening etc.

And he still needs to wish for it so that it can happen in the first place. That's still not passive he needs to think before it activates. And him wishing not to die is useless vs HAD considering he won't kill him just Reality Overwrite him.

Yeah he does. Also from the wikia for the series it states that

'Blazers with causation manipulation type abilities have some resistance to Nameless Glory' dio has 2-A causality manipulation via reality warping doesn't he? and massive resistance to it.

Yeah he does. Have u seen his profile? dude is stacked. He has billions and billions of years of fighting experience
