Top Five Strongest Characters For Every Tier 5

It's his first move in character. Only issue is A. It's not passive and B. He can only incapacitate, not directly damage things.
 
He'd get blitzed by anything that's faster than him, so his placement in the tier depends on his speed, really.
 
Aren't DC characters some of the fastest finite speed people on the site? He could still make it in the top 5 of 3-A with his speed, no?

Also, Amatsu-Mikaboshi needs to be removed for now being 2-C.
 
I mean yeah, but the 4th and 5th spot are the 2nd fastest finite speed on the site, so he can't even breach through them.

Well, they will be moved up to the 3rd and 4th spots respectfully as Amatsu-Mikaboshi needs to be removed for now being 2-C.

Meaning there is a nice fifth slot open, calling the name of Alexander.

Penetrating the resistance of Juggernaut gives you Charles Xavier level mindhax. Dark King doesn't seem to resist at all.

Nowhere is that implied by the file though. In fact, what's listed suggests the opposite, as it's done via removing minds or sou;s.
 
"Able to nullify his opponent's powers, and can do so by both removing their mind and soul as well."

The null via removing minds and souls is a separate ability
 
Honestly, there are a lot of possible candidates for 9-C. I think there should be something like what we did with High 7-C for 9-C.
 
What did we do for High 7-C?
