Well seeing as he can instantly make the Tardis materialise around him. All Equipment takes time to use, like yeah he might lose to someone with instant hax but he still has 1-B Spatial manipulation in his 9-A key. Not to mention everything he can have access to with prep...
Instantly? The TARDIS doesn't instantly materialize around him, its slow fade into reality is iconic.

And yes, all equipment takes time to use, but there is a difference between the time it takes to use equipment and the time it takes to change the functionality of said equipment and then use it.

The TARDIS is not normally capable of doing 1-B Spatial Manipulation, it's a time machine, the only thing it is normally supposed to do is travel throughout time and space, there is no switch that just gives The Doctor 1-B Spatial Manipulation - The Doctor has to specifically modify his equipment and that time it takes for him to do that is prep-time.

And dude, the TARDIS's "At least High 1-C to 1-B" rating is also copied in the Prep-Time key - so even the profile agrees with me.

And saying that The Doctor should take the number 2 spot in 9-A because of that is just wrong.

I am just going of his profile. If his 1-B spatial manipulation requires prep then it should be under his prep key which it isn't....

So am I, and yes it is.

"Varies from Small Building level to at least High Complex Multiverse level, possibly Hyperverse level depending on what equipment he's using. (See notable equipment for details)"

This is the last part of his prep key, the At least High 1-C to 1-B is the TARDIS's spatial manipulation, meaning that the page says that the depending on what equipment he is using, it might require prep, which it does as I have explained.

Considering all the other abilities he has/has access to I don't see why he doesn't deserve a spot above player from the magic circle or house of refuge. He doesn't have to be second.

Well, then make the match.

You can't just say "He has many abilities, so I don't see him losing". What these abilities do and how they can be used is more important, on top of the Doctor's character.

From what I read no one really won the fight and it was a bad match either way

I don't think that really shows they're stronger

I read passive ap > passive mindhax, which make sense unless homu mindhax instanly erase amaterasu which will make the match incon.

I see, if they have equal ap then homu stands her ground because she still has her mindhax which amaterasu arguably can't resist.

Ap-wise, they're still not equal tho.

Takamagahara (baseline 2-A) << One embryo and Amaterasu is >>> countless, possibly infinite embryos by merely existing.

You could have passive AP on a character, like if they have a field around them that constantly deals damage. Isaac (Binding of Isaac) has this with all items, for example.

Possibly infinite?

If it's not and it's just countless that's equal

Darth Sidious looking stronger than Elder Titan rn with speed equalized. ET seems to more be there for speed and resilience, which is nice but forces more incons as opposed to Sidious getting wins. Might make him fight Deathsingers idk

Star Wars seems to be getting revisioned, and those abilities are resisted in 40k and Destiny. Can make Death Phantom fight Sidious if you want, since Weekly's online rn and he's the one making changes.
