If i am not mistaken, Meng Hao vs Rimuru was never concluded because of the CRT, maybe someone should remake that fight.

Sounds like they could go high into the 4-C crowd. Perhaps higher than just 4th.
 
Ainchase should be in the high 6A tier as well as possibly higher in the 6B tier, since he has some win cons against pre-revisions Helios.

Also, judging by the description, Baba's Conceptual Manipulation seem to be type 3, not 2
 
It's Type 2, because the concepts exists independently from the objects they represent. You can nuke every object related to the concept and the concept will still be there.
 
Well his second key is with prep/with laws already set up beforehand, as they often are in the game, hence why it's "passive".
 
A law being set by default = passive though, since its effects keeps applying as long as it's there. If Baba has ALL IS EMPTY set up before the battle, it will still apply when the battle starts and thus EE the opponent.
 
Not neccessarily all, because that'd include stuff that would kill him, but it's basically at his strongest and thus with the laws that'd make him the strongest. Like characters who have a general "with prep" key.
 
I wonder if 7-C Web Novel Rimuru could possibly beat Mercer for 5th 7-C spot. Though as much as I'd like to find out, Rimuru is currently in CRT so I think Mercer can have the spot for now (or otherwise whoever manages to beat him).
 
It just creates laws that states that you cannot exist, or that you are fundamentally nothingness. Or that you are Baba. Or that you are a rock. Or remove your ability to move or use your powers.

It can also be used to remove your concept or turn yourself into your concept and then destroy you.
