Remove Negi Springfield from the 4th 6-C spot, and replace it with Characters from Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ke, because Ruminas Valentine (Light Novel), Diablo (Light Novel), and Sakaguchi Hinata (Light Novel) all blitz and incap him.

Since it's a different tier, yes. But that wouldn't get a character anywhere near top five 10-B.

As far as I can tell, Kaoru Nagase's above Enrico Pucci due to being invulnerable to external harm. Enrico Pucci's at position 5 over Shinobu Oshino's first key because under SBA he could kill Shinobu without ever looking at her.

But shouldn't Shinobu's on-look mindhax have her beat Kaoru?
