On what level? Rimuru pre-Ifrit could use Coercion up to a scale of 210 people, and Diablo's Demon Lord Haki is the same, just stronger and with added death hax, and the baseline is at least 210.

And Diablo definitely wouldn't give him that chance, and would Law Manip Null his powers tens of kilometers across, of Subjective Reality Null his powers.
