I wish, but for some reason, SCP seems to have a harsher standards, tbh. But it's for the better, I suppose. The current reasons for creators being 1A is shit.
 
then no, they wouldnt be able to since higher-dimensional stuff is still bound by cause and effect without proof of it being that way, and as such would not be able to affect them

Personally, I think examples like this are really reductive because they simplify things down too much. So, who did you have in mind?

I didn't have anyone in mind really.

I was just recalling some past threads and got curious if you strictly need feats if affecting AC type 5 even with smurf hax

Rules
  • Characters only qualify for a tier if they are physically in that tier themself. Tiers through amps that increases both Ap and Dura also works, and the same applies to tiers via technology.
  • Prep Time is only allowed if the character gets its tier via that.
  • Speed is equalized by default. Spots via speed unequal are valid, but without defeating someone at speed equal, both characters will share a spot.
  • SBA is assumed

3. Characters from Twin Peaks/ Cthulhu Mythos

Manifold is more than infinite^infinite^infinite^infinite,..., times above baseline. Now if you consider that repercussion as a single number and "multiply" this by 40 maybe you'll get close to their level.
