I'm pretty sure Kenpachi wins.

By default in the Top 5 strongest thread, Speed is Equalized so he's going to soul crush Jorgan who doesn't seem to possess any resistance to soul based attacks. Even with Speed Unequalized the same thing would happen since his spiritual pressure would be out at the start of the battle, soul crushing Jorgan.

Lowballed: 10's of Kilometers scaling off of Yamamoto

Highballed: Planetary scaling off of Shikai Ichigo

Their isn't a set range for Reiatsu on the profiles since their pretty doodoo but they usually range around here
