Unless this morality manip is very esoteric, mind-hax resistance should cover it just fine.

from what i understand from the profiles it should be esoteric cause it is addictive so you'll want more of it if you come into contact with it so you become its servant and it also makes you follow it's laws as in like laws we have irl such as laws against murder and the like but also laws that govern reality Iap out here dealing with all the confusing and esoteric af verses

maybe not to the except potency, but everything that isnt named concept manip i am decently sure they can if, but for the concept manip i am not 100% sure but the could stop t of doing the equivalent of plugging the tap, they just stop him from using those abilities in the first place with their negation, this is not assuming the shit is higher d in potency that is
