Is he like a High 1-A concept or something too? Otherwise again being an abstract doesn't mean much to magicians when their entire power set is conceptual and can't be interacted with physical means.

Speaking of Magicians, Hydemary Alzbayne should have a spot somewhere in 7-C, idk where, Oersted, is like too big for her to affect i think, but all his hax would be shut down, inconclusive.
Nocturne doesn't seem impressive really, Chrysalis can get to 1-A, does she do that instantly or need time, if she does, she could get passived by psychic chill. Senshinkan i remember a big argument when Suimei was going up against them, their hax is currently accepted 2-B, but ppl were arguing it's 2-A, and then Phantom was like arguing about Mahou characters 2-A hax having scaling to it or something.

Chrysalis needs time. She lost to Fang Mu in a match where his 1-A concept-hax wasn't even a factor. Passives will do just fine.
