Dlanor's tier doesn't match up with her AP (1-C to High 1-C for some reason), so I'm not sure if she qualifies.

If we assume Umineko is allowed for the tier list, I'm not exactly sure what prevents Battler from Endless Nine-ing away everything Captain Adam can do.

They were before due to passives iirc, but i don't mind where their place is whereever it will be @Oblivion Of The Endless mostly because i have so many revisions planned, but right now im forced to wait a little bit before the next one

DMC had NEP as a wincon, but Agnaa said something along the lines that it won't protect you from Mind Hax which the Saint Seiya Gods have as a passive ability
 
In dmc the god demon tier have planetary resistance to mind hax (and if there was a clue that there is life apart from the earth it would be universal level).
 
someone could make a thread of DMC vs SS and link it here, but i don't really mind the placing of where their going to be at

Okay, let's fill the highest lists. Dlanor A. Knox for the final 1-C, Doctor Who has 1-Bs, try to find outerverse level+ characters and add in the rest.
 
I mean, those two are probably the only relevant 6-C from Madoka Magica here. The others are either lacks of potent enough hax or good survibility.
 
@Madotsuki Like Milly said, input your reason for the characters since they need to have a foundation behind their slot. Also, it may take days for characters to be added.
 
SCP for 1-B is obvious, Dlanor A. Knox for the final 1-C because of mainly hax and Doctor Who characters for the exact same reason.

I'm so freaking unlucky it's insane! It's like the world is trying to make it not happen! I'm always at the exact wrong times, what are the freaking chances?!?
 
You're ignored because you're just listing random characters for no reason, and the reasons do you are very minimal. Every character has hax in this thread, what makes their's so important??
