why is acreus above makina? Makina has busted reactive evolution that puts her hax and power massively above basline 6D. Arceus stuff is baseline.

First of all, i suggest you looked up all of her keys, since she had all of those combined in layered 6-D level

2 is related to mind manipulation so it'll be a moot, dunno about 3 since it says cognitive,although she does resist perception manip
and are you sure it's on 6D? Again, @Setsuna_tenma said that the only thing he has that is 6D is CM type 1

Arceus does have Resistence negation (so CM would work)
Also infinite range doesn’t really matter unless you can BFR the opponent (as running away means you lose)
Although I would not be suprised if I missed something which makes it an Incon anyways

If she has 6D HDE doesn't that mean none of arceus stuff can affect her at all except CM which she resists i think
