why does the page show levels for it and not show what the levels even mean?

Yeah, its weird. I'll would suggest to get rid of its types, isn't like this power is any different than Reality Warping, is just mixed with rule of fun.

yeah but you might as well explain it on the page, besides this is probably the only regular ability that has levels
