Can't we just calc Mikoto's large Railgun to get a durability for the dragon? It should be higher than 8-C considering how a coin Railgun is 8-C.

Sorry I read Misaka's profile wrong. i thought coin railgun was High 8-C but it's just 8-C. We can try and get a calc for it but I'm not sure how since we don't really have anything to go on except that it's stronger. So we might have to make do with At least 8-C.

The calc in her profile has the coin railgun Destructive Capacity as 0.308 (8C) and its Piercing Power as 627 tons (8A), but idk how this wiki treats piercing attacks.

I'm not sure how piercing power works. I think they go on DC though.

Btw chapter 4 of DM is out.

Kakine should also get intangibility, at least his attacks. He was able to bypass DA's sheilds.

Also here's my thinking on Ringo's power stats if we can do a profile for her.

AP=Physically 10-B, At least 8-B with advanced powers.

Dura=Human Level, Unknown with advanced powers.

Speed=Normal Human, Unknown with advanced powers.

No, he can't replicate Accelerator. If he could have done then Aleister would have chosen him over Accelerator. Stop trying to hype Kakine up and make him out to be something he's not.

i said he might (he has shown the ability to create holistic esper tho with short life spawn on his first try) and not aleister would have not chosen him cause too powerful esper are an annoyance to control (im quite sure accel brain damage was planed in some way so he could keep him under control) as it was shown in bio hacker

and aleister doesn't want an epser making machine, if he wanted he could just develop Takitsubo to lvl 5 and have her create all sort of esper for him , another reason why kekine is the back up and not the main + accel has better brain

As you can see at the bottom left hand corner, it says Bright and the Kihara is shielding his eyes.

yes there are flash form his power, but it does not correlate to that, in fact even in the following pages it shows even more stuff, like sparks of electricity, some bubbly substance , etc

I don't care if he has fire or light manipulation, it seems the latter to me but if you want to go with fire manipulation go ahead. Either is fine.

In fact why don't we give him every power in the universe since you seem to think he can replicate every power.

We should do that but there's some on here that want to give Kakine powers that he hasn't been shown to have.

It was explained before but I can't remember, I think it was lack of feats if I remember rightly.

it's all stuff that is shown in the novel/manga (im not saying something like kekine has 2b AP)

we know for fact that DM can create a variety of phenoms by adding DM on the existing universe

im literally just adding what is shown, im not making some crazy connections

If I'm coming across as hostile I don't mean to. It's just that we should just stick to what Kakine can actually do instead of going by what he possibly could do. I mean if we do that we should do that with the other characters as well. So we should just stick to what has been actually shown or directly said.

Fire Creation or Light Manipulation (Maybe both)

Minor mind manipulation with DM (was able to release Ringo by sending signal to her brain) and brain damage with overload (DA guys start to fall unconscious just by seeing DM effect and the kihara start having brain damage)

and minor information analysis as he can calculate all the effect of DM has on reality (similar to accel with vectors calculations)

What pages was the mind manipulation in? This is me just asking since I could do with those pages for the CRT I'm about to get started on. I've already gathered up the other pages for the other powers but can't remember what pages that was on.
