How else would have they show the dreaming scenario else it's just Shown you like that, didn't you read the subtitles?

I can give you examples of the contrary from relatively popular verses.

Dorthy Unsworth from Black Clover. She dreams many things in her dream world, yet doesn’t have qualitative superiority over her dreams.

The Presence from DC comics was influenced by the collective dreaming of humanity. Yet, it would not be appropriate to say that regular humans in DC scale above The Presence.

Basically… Dreams can either be treated in a qualitative superiority sorta way (this gets tier 1) or in a subjective reality sorta way (this doesn’t get tier 1).

But the moment Wang Ling becomes the Creator/God of this new world, isn't he free to do anything in this world? And not only that, the moment he creates this universe within himself with space and time, doesn't that make him a superior being to them?

The former isn't the same as being qualitatively superior or the world being not real. Being a superior being just isn't a Low 1-C justification. Wang Ling can be multiple degrees of infinity stronger than his created universe but still not count for R>F Transcendence.
