i mean he is a very high end psychic legendary meaning that his mind hax should be above Drowzee who scales to 10+ millions (mind controlled all pokemon in a city based on new york including all the islandary bug pokemon and such. Considering the population of New york was around 8 mil at the time and basically every person has at least one pokemon at their disposal and there are wild pokemon roaming around, the number would be above 10 mil)

Because "Mid Hax" isn't actually a defined thing. What is Mid Hax is entirely different from person to person, and I'm guess the ubiquity of Mind Manipulation in fiction and it not being as esoteric as Causality or Time Manipulation has led the tournament Creator to the belief that Mind Manipulation is only Mid. Which can't really be debated because, as mentioned above, their no actual definition for Mid Hax.

Also Mind Manipulation potency is no longer judged on the amount mind controlled, only on Resistance Layers like everything else. So all those numbers above mean nothing.
