1. Does gap in dimensionality automatically makes matchup stompish? (For example 12D character against a 13D character, this question is mostly about Hyperversal characters)
2. What's are the differences between 1B and High 1B?
3. Are there any ways to measure AP of Tier 1 characters with same dimensionality and tier (basically, does it even matters if character destroys 1 or 2 5d universes for example)?
4. What is Low outerversal? Basically, I get it that Outerversal is often time associated with "Reality > Fiction" power gap, but how can something be lower end of that?
5. Is it possible to be Complex Multiversal - Low Outerversal smurf? If yes, how does character can be that way?
6. How to scale dimensions beyond 5D? I somewhat understood that to get 5D, character needs to reside in some higher dimensional plane and have superiority over universe/multiverse to the point he could control it and be unaffected by it's erasure (I might be wrong about that though), but how to scale dimensions beyond that? Via scaling chain?
7. Are there any type of Acausality, that automatically puts characters at Outer?
8. Does outerversal characters negate every hax anyone below 1-A or even tier 1 could have (if this hax is not 1-A)?
9. Does this feats counts as Outerversal - Breaking the barrier between "reality and fiction" structure and getting into that plane of existence, completely powerless?

1. Nowadays...yes, unless the lower d character is a massive smurf typically even a +1D gap is quite insurmountable, especially with the new immunity page standards

2. The difference between 1B and H1B can be thought of (generally speaking) as the difference between 2B and 2A (it is far, far greater in reality)

3. I believe this was answered in this thread

4. L1A can be acquired even without R>F, that is typically 1A and above, and even then you don't need R>F to reach 1A

5. It is possible, but in very obscure ways. There are a handful of disqualifiers, like practically any sort of UES for example as the wiki created a rule some time ago that 1A characters cannot have 3D physicals under virtually any circumstances. The main ways to be a 1A smurf while not being 1A physically is like, through some sort of type 9 or 8 immortality, AE, resurrection, blessed status etc. At least afaik

6. You primarily get 5D+ scaling from significance of higher or superior dimensions, i.e, them being of universal or infinite size in comparison to the 5D realm, and so on and so forth (this is the most common way I have seen people do that) there might be other ways I'm unaware of though

7. No

8. Yes, only 1A characters can affect 1A characters

9. This would require more context, but well I'm not the person to ask for 1A stuff so I'll leave that to someone else

Nah higher D dosent give auto win some abilities same as every dimension so its could work even higher D
is mostly about Hyperversal characters)
2. What's are the differences between 1B and High 1B?
1B for higher charachter than 11D and lower charachter than infinite D high 1B basically infinite dimensionalty
5. Is it possible to be Complex Multiversal - Low Outerversal smurf? If yes, how does character can bdimensionalty
Yeah it can be someone has abilit that contact with low 1A power system and other abilities are not
8. Does outerversal characters negate every hax anyone below 1-A or even tier 1 could have (if this hax is not 1-A)
Im sure 1A negate all of hax below 1A but sometimes happen debate about immortality issue
Does this feats counts as Outerversal - Breaking the barrier between "reality and fiction" structure and getting into that plane of existence, completely powerless?
that could be but still needs clarifaction and check for anti feat / statement

Tbh, that's the only way I know. How else that tier could be achieved? Most words and terminology of 1-A kinda liquifies my brain

Actually low 1A and 1A is far different so you can reach 1A without r>f but its not transcending high1B its more like transending concept of space time or transcending all dimensions or etc

Fair enough, I had to do a fair bit of research to understand it as well. Pretty much, you can reach L1A (or even 1A in some cases) through being superior, more significant, above, or beyond dimensions. You can also achieve it by being superior or qualitatively beyond the concepts of spacetime, but both of these requires a lot of evidence and simple one off statements typically don't qualify on their own. Really, the wiki itself at times doesn't even seem to unanimously agree on when some verses can and can't qualify so it's a pretty big mess tbh. I recommend reading the FAQ in more detail as well as just looking around at staff threads, or QnA's with staff responses regarding 1A as a whole

I'm kinda confused, why sometimes transcending space and time/manipulation of concepts doesn't get you nowhere and sometimes grants you Low 1-A - High 1-A tiers?

Its depends of the context and verse consitency just for example at db guide books there a statment about afterlife that can be translate" Transcend dimensions" But the rest of verse show us they or those dosent do it. Its meaning should pure and simple and rest of verse consist with statement. For example its transcend dimensions but affected by gravitiy or other dimensional stuff

Also, what do "transcend" even mean in Powerscaling? It sounds kinda vague ngl

Also here are some more context for 9th feat - basically there's a higher plane of existence that could be considered Outerversal due to having R>F power gap and that "Fictional" plane is behind some form of a barrier that makes it "not real" to a higher plane. But one character finally breaks that barrier and becomes "real", but completely loses all of his powers, abilities and is much much weaker than everyone else in that plane of existence, but now he also sees lower plane of existence as Fiction

4. What is Low outerversal? Basically, I get it that Outerversal is often time associated with "Reality > Fiction" power gap, but how can something be lower end of that?
in a nutshell
Low outerversal is for those who could be outerversal except they somehow have a continuous relationship to the lower realm that they can be reduced to such a degree without quality change.

This means being beyond any imaginable dimension, space, time, or concepts in said reality, but somehow still achievable by the addition and combination of those that exist below it

while 1-A is a change that no amount of value increase would reach it and would require one to completely change in Quality/State that is superior, no matter what. to the lower reality

Thanks, finally someone explained Low Outerversal rating clearly
