Tiamat vs Lavos

Tiamat from Fate/Grand Order faces Base Lavos from Chrono Trigger.

An abomination that manipulated evolution of life across time and can wipe it from the entire planet vs A being that opposes evolution on the conceptual and won't die until all life on the planet is destroyed , I guess?

They both are haxxed and hard to put down. But who wins and why?

Rules: Like I said above, Base Lavos. Also Equalize Speed for good measure. Otherwise, everything goes.

I'm gonna be completely honest. No way in hell is either one permanently putting down the other. And everyone on earth is doomed. Like, very doomed.

Lavos screws with evolution, she's immune. She makes monsters, he gets more powers from it. She can't die. He revives himself. Both are acausal. Both can boost stats. Mud is countered by spatial warping, etc.

These two are so similar in a bunch of ways, I dunno how I never noticed that.

Also, of course humanity always gets the short end of the stick. Because Destruction Rains from the Heavens. : (
